I have over 20 years of experience in Information Technology and Corporate IT training, currently serving as Head of Information Technology for a reputable company in Dubai.
Despite being fit and active during my childhood, my unhealthy eating habits, sedentary lifestyle, and social events led me to gain 100 kg.
None of the fad diets, workout patterns, or slimming methods I tried could help me lose weight. However, a funny incident where the receptionist mistook my wife for my daughter due to my weight made me realise that I wanted to look like a husband for the rest of my life.
With the help of my coach and community, I managed to lose weight from 102 kg to 75 kg and my Body Fat % from 40% to 10%. My fitness journey has become a part of my life, and I am passionate about sharing my knowledge and experience. My H.A.B.I.T.S system helps people rewire their FIT mindset, providing them with sufficient knowledge about their diet and activity levels to lose fat and maintain a fit and healthy lifestyle.
